Together, we’re building something extraordinary. /ppbr/ppbAbout the role /b /ppAs a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in accordance with corporate guidelines and current legal regulations. Your goal will be to ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment, leading continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a preventive culture throughout the plant. /ppbr/ppbYour responsibilities /b /pulliEnsure compliance with regulations related to occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and industrial safety (ATEX, SEVESO, etc.). Manage environmental permits (air, waste, wastewater). Monitor legislative changes and adapt them to the plant. /liliDefine the EHS strategy aligned with corporate objectives. /liliDevelop and maintain EHS management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). Manage documentation, including the preparation of procedures. Lead internal and external audits. Identify non-conformities and define corrective actions. /liliMaintain relationships with regulatory authorities and external auditors. /liliConduct occupational risk assessments and environmental impact assessments. Identify risks and implement control measures. Prioritize critical risks and reduce their impact. /liliDesign and deliver EHS training programs. Conduct onboarding training for new employees. Keep the training and competency matrix up to date. /liliLead safe behavior programs (Vestacy System Observation). Promote a “zero accidents” culture. /liliInfluence management, supervisors, and operators. Promote individual accountability for safety. Lead the integration of EHS into business decision-making. Attend Health and Safety Committee (CSS) meetings. /liliCarry out daily plant inspections. Monitor compliance with procedures in production. /liliConduct incident and accident investigations. Ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. /liliDevelop emergency plans. Coordinate drills. Act as a leader or advisor in crisis situations. /liliManage contractors. Ensure contractors’ compliance with EHS requirements. Coordinate contractor activities (CAE). /liliEnvironment and sustainability: implement plans to reduce environmental impacts (waste, emissions, energy consumption, water use). Monitor environmental indicators. /liliReport metrics for KPI calculation. Prepare reports for Corporate. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliHigher education in Occupational Risk Prevention, with a specialization in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Ergonomics. /lili+5 years of experience in a similar role /liliKnowledge of fire protection legal requirements and systems; familiarity with FM Global standards is a plus /liliProficiency in MS Office (local and cloud-based tools) /liliElectrical certification is a plus /liliHigh level of self-discipline and results orientation /liliStrong problem-solving skills and ability to implement business-optimized HSE solutions /liliVery good command of English /li /ulpbr/ppbDesirable Qualifications: /b /pulliTraining in ADR Safety. /liliTraining and experience in Legionella management. /liliTraining and experience in auditing management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001). /liliExperience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. /liliExperience in dynamic and fast-paced environments. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /ppWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
