About the Role :
1. Identify new ISV opportunities in the country.
2. Monitor the software market for vendors suitable for the ISV program.
3. Monitor verticals to identify major IT vendors offering services to merchants.
4. Contact vendors suitable for the ISV program and present the program.
5. Onboard new ISVs.
6. Assist with the creation of the ISVs account.
7. Coordinate communication of the ISV with the TAM team to assist integration work.
8. Manage merchants coming from ISVs.
9. Coordinate onboarding of new merchants, in collaboration with Lead Generation.
10. Monitor revenue from individual merchants and ISVs.
11. Identify deviations of revenue and trigger corrective actions.
12. Manage relationships with ISVs.
13. Conduct regular meetings with ISVs to review collaboration.
14. Handle escalations and internal follow-up on issues affecting ISV merchants.
15. Monitor financial relationships with ISVs (invoicing, payments).
16. Perform administrative and other tasks.
17. Provide training on company's products.
18. Prepare for and present at sales/ISV meetings.
Qualifications :
1. Proven success in selling technology solutions through ISV partnerships or channel partners.
2. Track record of creating successful partnerships.
3. Ability to identify business potential and added value in technology-driven solutions.
4. Strong commercial acumen, with negotiation skills for multi-partner agreements.
5. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and confidence in interacting with diverse audiences.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
7. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
8. Background in EPOS peripheral sales is desirable but not essential.
9. Strong language skills in English and Spanish at a business level.
