Performance Marketing Manager (Remote – ideally Cádiz-based) - €25k per annum - English at a professional level
I’m looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join me at a growing performance marketing agency that’s now two years in and working across all sorts of interesting clients (B2C, B2B, and everything in between).
We cover the full performance mix: Paid Media, CRO, Signal Optimisation, and Data Reporting .
Now I’m looking for someone who loves the hands-on side of things: launching, optimising, testing, and reporting across Google, Bing, Meta, and TikTok .
You don’t need to know everything, I’m happy to train and share what I’ve learned, but ideally you’ll already be confident running Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and PMax) and comfortable suggesting smart ways to improve performance.
This isn’t a big corporate setup — there are no layers of management, no endless meetings, and no fixed hours. It’s remote, flexible, and collaborative. You’ll get real ownership of projects, plenty of variety, and space to experiment and grow.
A bit about you:
You’ve got solid Google Ads experience (Search, PMax, Shopping).
You enjoy testing ideas, not just following playbooks.
You’re comfortable in Meta, TikTok, or at least curious to learn.
You care about data and results but don’t take yourself too seriously.
You like the idea of being part of something small, fast, and fun.
Location: Fully remote, but being near Cádiz province would be a bonus — it’s nice to have the option of the occasional in-person catch-up.
