In this role you drive global opportunities for acquisition and retention, aligning HP capabilities with client needs at the CXO level. You lead cross-region teams to shape deals early, manage global programs, and ensure profitable revenue growth.
You act as a trusted advisor to executives, coordinating with partners and internal experts to deliver general solutions. This position offers impact across markets, complex contracts, and strategic product offerings within HP’s global sales framework.

- Advance opportunities for profitable revenue growth for HP
- Lead global solution opportunities with cross-regional teams
- Gather global technical requirements and validate the Global Offer
- Support account teams with global solution input and program sets
- Develop and validate the Global Offer (DaaS, MPS, B2B, SI, etc.) and ensure cross-region agreements
- Negotiate pan-HP contracts, provide deal guidance to maximize revenue and margin
- Coordinate inbound opportunities globally from presales to won
- Lead global program training and stay compliant with SOX and legal requirements
- Ensure global sales coverage for new or expanding accounts
Responsabilidades
- 5-10 years in technical consultative selling and account management
- Bachelor's degree or technical university background
- Strong CXO-level consultative selling and negotiations
- Knowledge of contract negotiation, global terms, and compliance
- Experience with cross-regional coordination and large complex projects
- Familiarity with HP solutions and channel/direct selling motions
- Travel up to 25%
