Experteer Overview As CRM Specialist for the German market, you will own activation and lifecycle programs that move leads to pipeline. You will work within the global Lifecycle team to optimize outreach, automation, and SDR enablement for scalable growth. Your role blends marketing automation, lead activation, and data-driven optimization to improve funnel velocity and conversion. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, collaboration, and leveraging AI-powered tools to personalize outreach at scale. - Build and run activation and reactivation sequences for German leads, targeting triggers, timing, and channels
- Manage lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns across the funnel
- Support lead scoring and lifecycle stage management per global criteria
- Translate lifecycle campaigns into actionable SDR sequences and outreach plays for the German market
- Coordinate with SDRs on lead routing, SLAs, and campaign handoffs
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to convert events into multi-touch sequences
- Identify automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversions
- Use AI-assisted tools for copywriting, sequence creation, and outreach personalization
- Analyze campaign performance and maintain dashboards for activation, velocity, and ROI
- Maintain data quality for lead routing, enrichment, and CRM hygieneResponsabilidades
- 1-3 years in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related field
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is a strong plus)
- Familiarity with sequencing/outreach tools (e.G., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
- Comfort with AI tools for writing, research, automation, or analysis
- Strong organizational skills and execution bias
- Data-driven mindset for diagnosing problems and prioritizing actions
