TRAINEE MANAGER - IN STORE PROGRAM SPAIN at Fendi. The Retail Management Trainee Program is crafted to put young high potential profiles on the starting blocks for a successful retail career within FENDI.
Job Responsibilities
Program description and responsibilities for the Manager in Training include gaining a holistic view of the business to achieve a 360 vision of daily retail management. Through a 2-year fast-track career path, the Manager in Training will pursue a leadership position to become a key player in the Fendi retail network: managing sales teams and driving the business in alignment with Fendi’s vision.
Your path
- First assignment – 12 months: Based in your home country, shadow a department manager and take initial steps in the retail environment (sales, after sales, clienteling, team management, morning briefings, stock management, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising). There will be a rotation after 6 months to another store (resort, outlets, department store).
- Second assignment – 12 months: Opportunity to experience mobility in another country. As a Department Manager in training, you will work in a Department Store to understand the speed and complexity of that environment and develop leadership capabilities to inspire your team.
