About the Role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Anteriad focuses on lead generation by contacting IT managers in Australia and New Zealand. Calls are informational, with the goal of setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our clients’ sales representatives.
Responsibilities
* Initiate phone calls to IT managers in target companies in Australia and New Zealand.
* Gather relevant information by asking the right questions on IT‑related topics.
* Identify and qualify potential leads, setting up meetings between the IT manager and client sales representatives.
* Collaborate with client sales experts during the signature Warm Handover™ process.
* Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and meeting outcomes.
Qualifications
* Native speaker of English.
* High proficiency in another European language is desirable.
* Experience in a phone‑based role.
* Target‑driven mindset and can‑do attitude.
* Resident of the Madrid Region and legally able to work in Spain full time.
Benefits & Compensation
Monthly salary of approximately €1,780 (or €21,390 annually) with a fully uncapped commission system that rewards lead generation. Work full time (30 hours per week) during early morning shift (5:00–11:00am). Additional benefits include free transportation, a complimentary breakfast, yoga classes, and training sessions.
