We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner to our business teams (non-retail). Advising product and business teams on EU business banking and payments regulations (e.g., PSD2/3, AML/UBO, deposits, distance marketing)
Reviewing and approving business customer communications and marketing materials
Conducting horizon scanning and supporting BAU compliance activities, including KRIs, BCIs, and policy updates
Enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions
4+ years xpzdshu of experience in first-line compliance within business banking, payments, or fintech
~ PSD2/3, AML/UBO, deposits, distance marketing) to live products
~ A product-focused, customer-centric mindset to work closely with product and business teams under tight timeframes
