I’m working with a fast-scaling international beauty brand looking for a **commercial hunter** to drive growth across France. This role is all about **winning and growing key retail accounts**—if you’ve worked with names like Monoprix or Druni, you’ll know exactly what success looks like here.
**The Role**
- Own and expand major French retail accounts
- Open new doors across the mass-market beauty channel
- Lead negotiations with top-tier buyers
- Drive distribution, visibility, and revenue growth
**Looking For**
- Proven experience in **French beauty retail**:
- Strong network with French retailers (e.g. Monoprix etc.)
- Background in **beauty / FMCG**:
- Commercially driven, hands-on, and autonomous
- Fluent French + English (Spanish a bonus)
- Based in Barcelona
