Wouldyouliketocollaborateoccasionallybydeliveringclassesand workshopsaimedatpeopleinterestedingastronomyand/orhealthyeating?Keepreading!

AtBasqueCulinaryCenter (BCC)andGastronomyOpenEcosystem(GOe),wearelookingforprofessionalsfromthegastronomicfieldand/orthenutritionandhealthsectortojoinatalentpoolaimedatcoveringoccasionalteachingneedsacrossourdifferentlocations.

Weareseekingprofilessuchas chefscapableofdeliveringcoursesfornon-professionalaudiences, chefswithknowledgeofhealthyeating, aswellasnutritionistsorotherhealthprofessionalswithanaffinityforcooking.Itisnotessentialforallcompetenciestobeheldbyasingleperson.

Yourmissionistodesign,develop, anddelivercourses,classes, andpracticalworkshopsoncookingandnutrition,aimedat diverseaudiences(bothadultsandchildren), ineducational,outreach, andexperientialcontexts.

Yourday-to-dayresponsibilitieswillinclude:

* Organisingandplanningthedevelopmentofclassesand workshops incollaborationwiththecookingandnutritionareacoordinator.
* Deliveringcoursesand workshopsrelatedtohealthyeating,cookingadaptedtodifferentnutritionalneeds, andhealthylifestylehabits.
* Addressingandresolvingparticipants’questionsfromaculinaryand/ornutritionalperspective,dependingonyourprofessionalprofile.
* Contributingtothecreationofahigh-qualitylearningexperiencealignedwiththevaluesofBCC andGOe.
Requirements

Doyouidentifywithanyofthefollowingcharacteristics?

* Professionalexperienceingastronomy(cooking,hospitality,culinarytraining) and/orinnutrition,dietetics,orhealth-relatedfields.
* Experiencedeliveringtraining (formalornon-formal).
* Solidknowledgeofhealthycooking,adaptedculinarytechniques,orthefundamentalsofnutritionandhealth.
* Strongsocialskillsandtheabilitytoconnectwithbothadultandchildaudiences.
* Proficiencyin officetools.
* Availabilityforoccasionalcollaborationaccordingtoprojectneeds.

Youwillstandoutifyou:

* Holdahighereducationor Bachelor´s Degreein HumanNutritionandDietetics,Gastronomy,HealthSciences,orrelatedfields.
* Haveknowledgeofspecialdiets,adaptedcooking,healthycookingtechniques,orspecificproducts.
* HaveahighlevelofBasqueand English (C1).
* Standoutforyourorganisationalandplanningskills.
