About this opportunitySenior professional responsible for advising a client on health & safety issues relating to a large construction projects, from project initiation to completion.Kindly provide your CV in English.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.Positively engaging with Customers and developing, growing and maintaining Customer relationships.Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet Customers’ requirements and business procedures.Monitoring and working with the principal contractor appointed to complete the project;Attending regular meetings with the principal contractor;Providing support and assistance to the principal contractor and contractors on site;Positively engaging with our client and developing, growing and maintaining our relationship;Delivering a high quality service which ensures that services meet our client’s requirement;Managing the client’s health safety obligations on the project to deliver a high quality service;Advising and assisting the client with their duties under the construction related health and safety standards, regulations and legislations;Assisting with the coordination of health and safety aspects of design work;Cooperating with others involved with the project;Facilitating good communication between the client, designers and contractors;Liaising with the principal contractor regarding ongoing design work;Producing and presenting regular reports to our main client – this will involve prompt flash reports of major issues as well as comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing all aspects of health and safety management on site;Mentoring and coaching employees so that they realise their full potential;Preparing bids for services;Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or will arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds p
