We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires exceptional project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities include participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications and configuring/maintaining existing systems.
Responsibilities
* Project Management: Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Kinaxis Expertise: Utilize knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse to implement and optimize supply chain solutions.
* Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members, to understand their needs and manage expectations.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
* Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
* Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
* Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly those relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
* Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 1 year of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
* Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: Proven experience managing IT projects within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and challenges.
* Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Kinaxis certification is highly desirable.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project), and a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced Kinaxis Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GxP, FDA regulations, and other compliance requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
* Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile project management methodologies and frameworks
