At Factorial, we believe our growth comes from the growth of our people. We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist Intern – DACH Market to help us take the company to the next level. This role is your chance to get hands-on experience in onboarding, customer success, and product implementation, while supporting our clients in making the most of Factorial.
Are you ready?
You’ll collaborate with Clients, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to assist new clients in implementing Factorial and ensuring they get the best experience. Instead of just following checklists, you’ll learn to understand client processes and provide feedback and insights to improve the platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist DACH customers via video call and email until Factorial is fully implemented.
* Bring a consultative approach to ensure a fully customized experience for each client.
* Gather feedback, understand client needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Share insights with Product and Customer Success teams to help optimize the customer journey .
Your Profile
* Fluent in German and professional English .
* Proactive, able to find the best ways to ensure clients are fully activated.
* Fast learner, able to quickly become an expert on the software and stay updated with product changes.
* Problem-solving mindset : able to propose alternative solutions and workarounds for unexpected client requests.
* Analytical sense : able to understand market specifics and translate this into actionable insights for the Product team.
* Previous experience in customer-related roles is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
* Knowledge of Human Resources is a bonus.
