Key Responsibilities brDefine and lead the creative concept, visual identity and storytelling frameworks for campaigns and brand projects. brDevelop campaign creative direction, including visual language, art direction and naming proposals aligned with brand strategy. brEnsure consistency between visual execution and messaging across all channels and formats (social media, web, retail, paid media and branded content). brSupervise and validate creative deliverables, including graphic pieces, copy integration and final artworks. brLead creative development of campaigns, including concept creation, shootings, post-production and final asset delivery. brTranslate brand and creative strategy into clear, engaging and visually impactful executions. brEnsure proper adaptation of creative assets depending on channel, audience and format. Requirements brBachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Fine Arts, Communication or similar. brProven experience in Art Direction within fashion, lifestyle, creative or advertising environments. brStrong knowledge of visual culture, fashion trends and creative production processes (shootings, graphic design, post-production). brExperience developing and leading creative campaigns from concept to execution. brPrevious experience in fashion / retail industry is highly valued. brFluent English and Spanish are mandatory.
