We are seeking a
R&D Software Engineer
to join our dynamic R&D MLOps team and contribute to shaping the future of information and AI technologies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and document software for new features in an AI/MLOps platform.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, maintainability, and performance requirements.
Integrate and deploy open-source AI applications (e.G., Kubeflow, MLFlow, vLLM) using Docker and Kubernetes.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
Create unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
Review and provide feedback on pull requests.
Develop use-case examples (e.G., Generative AI, Computer Vision).
Prepare technical reports documenting progress.
Education
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Required Experience and Skills
3+ years of experience in Python or Go programming.
3+ years of experience with Kubernetes.
Proficiency with Git or GitLab.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
Advanced knowledge of Linux environments.
English proficiency at B2 level.
Additional Skills
Experience with Kubeflow or MLFlow.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud.
Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning frameworks.
Competencies
Fluent in English.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and self-driven attitude.
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
Location
Madrid, Barcelona, Valladolid, or Sevilla
Hybrid work mode
Legal authorization to work in Spain required;
residence in Spain mandatory.
