We are looking for a Business Analyst / QA Coordinator to join our team for a multinational leader in the technology and corporate services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key Business Analyst with a strong focus on QA and testing coordination.
• Manage stakeholders and vendor relationships in a multicultural and multinational environment.
• Perform gap analysis between new country regulatory requirements and existing implementations.
• Document, communicate and validate business requirements with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain data mapping documentation and ensure alignment across internal systems.
• Define QA test strategies, plans and test cases based on business scenarios.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution tracking and defect management.
• Ensure full traceability between requirements and test cases for audit purposes.
• Execute test cases, log defects, perform initial triage and support root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with QA governance processes and collaborate with Change Management for deployments.
• Support post go-live activities and future platform transitions and integrations.
Skills:
Essential:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong QA/testing coordination responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Proven experience in gap analysis, data mapping and compliance-driven environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient English level (B2 or higher).
Desirable:
• Experience working with defect management and QA governance tools.
• Ability to switch effectively between agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Additional language skills such as Spanish or Italian.
