1) Tasks to be performed
The support tasks to be performed by the beneficiary of this contract shall be as follows:
Synthesis of peptide derivatives and their chemical modification.
Characterisation of the compounds prepared by NMR, HPLC-MS, UVVis spectroscopy, circular dichroism and fluorescence. Cell culture, cell viability, cell staining, WB, ELISA and immunoprecipitation.
Although this is a permanent contract, it is estimated that the tasks specified above will be completed by 31/01/2027.

Selection and assessment criteria
Block 1 - Training:
- Doctoral thesis grades in areas related to the project will be assessed: Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar (maximum 0.5 points)
Accredited level of English (maximum 1 point). B2 = 0.8 points, C1 = 0.9 points, C2 = 1 point
Block 2 - Experience: - Experience in peptide synthesis and characterisation (NMR and HPLC-MS) (maximum 2.5 points; 0.5 points/year)
- Experience in cell culture maintenance (maximum 1 point; 0.5 points/year)
- Experience in the use of spectroscopic and calorimetric characterisation techniques (UV-Vis, circular dichroism, fluorescence, etc.) (maximum 1 point; 0.25 points/year).
- Experience in molecular biology techniques (WB, ELISA, immunoprecipitation) (maximum 1 point; 0.5 points/year).
- Business experience in product development, scaling and commercialisation (maximum 1 point; 1 point/year)
Block 3: Personal interview
- A personal interview will be held for those candidates who achieve a minimum score of 6 points in blocks 1 and 2 (maximum 2 points).

Additional comments
The call may be declared deserted if the candidates do not reach a minimum score of 6 points in the selection criteria detailed in Block 1 and 2.
Candidates who do not achieve a minimum score of 6 points in blocks 1 and 2 will be excluded from the waiting list.
