Your Role We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join the team, reporting directly to the Strategy & Transformation Director. In this role, you will lead the definition of Affinity's strategy and drive its execution, turning strategic ambition into concrete initiatives and measurable impact. What you will do
- Lead and/or support strategic thinking across the organization, partnering with Corporate and Country Teams to deliver rigorous, structured analyses and actionable recommendations
- Lead and/or coordinate cross-functional strategic and transformation initiatives at a company-wide level, from problem definition to execution follow-up
- Continuously monitor markets and competitors, translating intelligence into strategic insights and implications for the business
- Own the Value Creation Plan of the company. Build financial models and valuation analyses to support strategic decision-making and investment cases
- Develop high-quality executive presentations and confidently present and defend recommendations in senior leadership forums
- Proactively identify and assess new business opportunities, supporting growth and value creation initiatives
This position will have significant exposure to most senior positions both at Affinity and Group level (Agrolimen), providing a unique opportunity to influence high-impact strategic decisions. What we are looking for
- 4–6 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, or 2–3 years in top-tier Strategy Consulting combined with current experience in Corporate Strategy, Private Equity, or a similar role
- Highly structured thinker with strong problem-solving and hypothesis-driven approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven project leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage workstreams end-to-end
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, able to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations
- Hands-on, pragmatic mindset, comfortable working in team-based, fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel ~20% (it may vary substantially)
