We are seeking a Sr Research Associate to join our dynamic, rapidly growing, and innovative organization.
The ideal candidate will be autonomous, a fast learner, and proactive. The main focus will be to enhance our analytics and energy research capabilities.

How you will contribute:
* Researching and compiling information about target countries, including economic context and power market features, to prepare Country Profiles reports.
* Preparing and delivering presentations or reports on relevant topics for identifying and selecting target countries.
* Drafting Collaboration Agreements with target countries and stakeholders.
* Preparing materials for signing Collaboration Agreements and meetings with counterparts.
* Creating reports, white papers, and documents to support decision-making and understanding of topics.
* Delivering presentations, courses, or seminars related to Cooperation Agreements as part of capacity-building activities.
* Providing ad-hoc presentations or reports as required by RELP's core team.
What you will bring:
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Mandatory)
* Master's in Renewable Energy or related field
* 7-10 years of research experience (Mandatory)
* At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector
* Professional proficiency in English and French (Mandatory)
