OllecoBunge,a company dedicated to the collection and recycling of used cooking oil, is looking for a System Accountant.
Principle Accountabilities
* Ensuring that all interactions are undertaken in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Tasks
* Responsible for provision of training and development for finance staff on financial software and reporting tools
* Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting; providing expert support to finance teams, resolving system-related issues and diagnosing errors
* Responsible for identification and implementation of process enhancements, automation opportunities and software solutions to streamline finance processes
* Support design and implementation of reports to meet requirements arising from compliance obligations, business analysis and decision-making processes.
* Responsible for ensuring that systems are compliant with internal control frameworks and accounting principles
* Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards
* Support development of the framework of financial controls through system enhancements and reporting improvements
* Work with IT, operations, external vendors, EDI providers and other stakeholders on system-related projects including implementation of new technologies, system upgrades and integrations
* Undertake other reasonable duties as requested

Qualifications
* Required:
* Experience using and supporting finance systems
* Prior experience as a systems accountant
* Experience working in finance within the waste or logistics industries.
* Experience using Infor M3 and/or other Infor applications
* Experience of project delivery
* Fluent in Spanish. At least, B2 in English.
* Spanish driving licence.
* Communication and teamwork skills
