As International Recruitment Business Development Specialist for thebr/br/Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA)br/br/region, you’ll representbr/br/EU Business Schoolbr/br/across key growth markets — including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Cameroon, and more. Your mission? Inspire and support students as they explore international business education opportunities with us.br/br/From visiting schools and meeting students to working with agents and speaking at education fairs, you’ll be the face of EU Business School on the ground — making meaningful connections and driving results.br/br/You’ll be based inbr/br/Barcelona, supported by a collaborative international team — but how far you go is up to you.br/br/Why this role could be a great fit for you You drive your income.br/br/Our bonus system rewards high performers with up to 50% extra on top of your base salary — no cap. You make a difference.br/br/This isn’t just about student numbers — you’re helping young people take life-changing steps toward international success.br/br/What you’ll be doing You’ll play a key role in representing EU Business School across the SSA region — helping students and their families make informed choices about their futures. You’ll work both independently and as part of our global team to: Build strong relationships with local schools, agents, and educational partners Organize and attend student fairs, info sessions, and school visits Guide prospective students through the full admissions journey — from first contact to enrollment Collaborate closely with our admissions and marketing teams to ensure a smooth experience Track progress, manage your recruitment pipeline, and report to your Regional Managerbr/br/What we’re looking for You’re fluent inbr/br/Englishbr/br/(spoken and written).br/br/Frenchbr/br/is a strong plus, as you’ll be covering both anglophone and francophone countries. You’re passionate about working with people and have a strong ability to connect across cultures. You’ve worked in a sales, recruitment, or student advisory role before — and enjoy being out in the field. You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working toward ambitious goals. You’re open to extensive travel and thrive in international, fast-paced environments.br/br/Most of all, you care about what you do.
