**Position Overview**- The mission of the role is managing the E-Systems _Quality escalations and significant issues in Europe and Africa for Wiring and Lear CS; that is, to support theperformance at plant, supplier and customer levels, participate and add the regional quality view on the division strategy._**Your tasks**:As a Customer Care & Warranty Manager E-systems (M/F / d) you will work in the field of customer quality and warranty and form between our end customer and the wiring and Lear CS plants in Europe and Africa, responsible for customer quality and warranty.Your area of activity essentially comprises:- Monitor Warranty KPIs for Eu&Africa; region- Function as escalation point of contact with regard to quality and warranty issues affecting customer. Ensure Quality Core tools appliance to issues analysis.- Support and escalation for Lear production plants in achieving green customer scorecards- Review monthly warranty reports, analyze the warranty data (error analysis and determine the source of the error)- Management report related to Warranty, Warranty payments and scorecards- Report and follow up Significant issues and respective 8Ds affecting warranty & customer to management according to Quality tools.- responsible for reporting, recording and processing quality data and key figures**Your profile**:- Completed university studies with a focus on vehicle technology or E-systems- At least 3 years of professional experience with contact with OEM customers- Good knowledge of vehicle electrical system- Proactive, self-motivated and standalone worker- Preferably knowledge in the automotive quality core tools- Secure user knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- fluent in business English is a prerequisite for this position, german and French will be valued
