Mission
The Personal Care Marketing Manager aims to advance the Personal Care category, supporting the Home & Personal Care Business Unit to achieve its growth potential.
The role involves developing business initiatives, sharing expertise on the industry, understanding key brand strategies, trends, technologies, and consumer insights.
The candidate will bring fragrance expertise to client brands, grow Eurofragance's business by identifying opportunities, and manage regional and international projects in collaboration with various teams.
Functions :
* Partner with sales in client initiatives for Personal Care, creating concepts and presentations aligned with global strategies.
* Guide fragrance development teams on proactive initiatives and key projects.
* Contribute to global marketing tools development, such as Category Reviews and Trend Presentations.
* Create analytical tools and selling stories for new technologies, working with R&D and branding teams.
* Monitor market dynamics, product portfolios, technology, and consumer behavior.
* Coordinate with subsidiaries' marketing and product teams for effective deployment of marketing strategies.
* Drive growth by identifying product and fragrance opportunities.
* Develop in-depth understanding of markets, consumers, and cross-category insights.
* Collaborate with sales to strengthen client relationships and offer fragrance solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Communications.
* At least 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG Personal Care or Fragrance House, with a strong technical background and multinational team experience.
* Solid knowledge of the fragrance industry and Personal Care categories like Shower Gels, Shampoos, and Skin Care.
* Familiarity with CI tools and trend databases.
* Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe, digital tools, and new technologies.
* Availability to travel up to 20%.
* Languages: English (proficient), Spanish and French (desirable).
