Finance Team, Germany
Our team manages financial transactions and maintains the integrity of our audited annual financial statements. Responsibilities include cash management, reporting, and supporting business functions to facilitate growth and decision-making.About the Role
The Accountant will assist the Controller in ensuring smooth department operations, completing tasks efficiently and on time.Key Responsibilities
Manage daily emails and process purchase invoices for German offices.Handle supplier queries and daily banking activities.Reconcile supplier statements monthly and process staff expense claims and payments.Prepare supplier and staff payments, check credit card expenses, and complete month-end reporting.Assist with cash forecasting, system improvements, and report issues timely.Support ad hoc tasks, ensure system consistency, and prepare payroll information.KPIs
Clean annual audited financial statements with no reserves.Maintain consistency between accounting and invoicing systems.Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in a similar international accounting role.Knowledge of accounting software (e.G., DATEV), intercompany reporting (BFC a plus), Office 365, and Axapta skills are beneficial.Skills include adaptability, autonomy, clear communication, teamwork, results-driven attitude, and positive energy.Interview Process
