Drive business development and key account management activities within the automotive sector across Iberia.Identify growth opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer needs.Develop and implement sales concepts in collaboration with internal technical and operational teams.Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (R&D, production, quality) to ensure alignment on specifications and technical solutions.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure and long-term client relationship management.Participate in defining framework agreements, pricing structures, and strategic commercial plans.Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within industrial environments (automotive, aviation, machinery, etc.).Solid understanding of technical sales processes and complex industrial products or solutions.Professional fluency in Spanish and English (German is a strong plus).Knowledge of SAP or similar CRM/ERP systems will be highly valued.High sense of ownership, autonomy, and commercial drive.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and cross-industry innovation projects.Competitive compensation package and professional development opportunities within a global structure.
