This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description :

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in Barcelona.

Start Date : September 2025

Location : Barcelona Sales Hub — a vibrant environment serving 12 countries, located in Poblenou, Barcelona's trendy neighborhood.

What you’ll do :

* Engage digitally with customers, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating how HPE can help.
* Collaborate with sales specialists, technical experts, resellers, and management to develop solutions.
* Travel regularly to Belgium for in-person customer meetings.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts to support strategic decisions.
* Participate in ongoing training and self-guided learning to enhance your skills.

What you’ll need :

* Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in IT or Sales).
* Proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
* Interest or experience in sales and technology.

Preferred qualities :

* Drive for results and innovation.
* Solution-oriented mindset and sense of urgency.
* Leadership experience, especially in campus activities.
* Comfort with hybrid work environments.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
