Our boutiques are at the core of our business, and our goal is to provide an exceptional client experience. We are seeking a Client Experience Host to serve as the main point of contact for clients on the shop floor and to support retail teams with seamless hospitality in the boutique.
Responsibilities include:
* Greeting and hosting clients.
* Creating and curating a luxury experience during client visits, anticipating their requests, and elevating service levels.
