At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are looking for an Industrialization Engineer to join our engineering team and support an important client located in Valencia, Spain.
Main responsibilities of the position:
Prepare and maintain documentation for process instructions, packaging instructions, customer plant acceptance instructions, process flow diagrams, process FMEAs, etc.
Ensure compliance with the above-mentioned instructions and the integrity of the data reflected in them.
Establish machine and process cycles using methods and time‐study techniques, and monitor their compliance by reporting any deviations.
Identify potential process improvements and ensure continuous improvement.
Manage requests for quotations, purchases, and deadlines for various production auxiliary tools.
Validate production auxiliary tools.
Detect and control breakdowns in machines, molds, and production auxiliary tools.
Actively participate in analysis groups and in resolving the root causes of internal and external non‐conformities.
Validate packaging systems for each part, ensuring their optimization throughout the product's lifecycle.
Coordinate with customer plants for the approval of packaging guidelines, as well as their continuous improvement.
Maintain the training and qualification control system for operators.
Request quotations for packaging components from suppliers.
Requirements:
+ 1 years of experience as engineer in the automotive sector.
Fluent in English is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Previous knowledge in Automotive and plastic injection parts.
