The OEM Sales Manager defines and implements the commercial roadmap for the OEM segment in Spain, holding responsibility for the achievement of sales targets, margins, and volume growth.The role involves identifying, approaching, and securing new OEM customers to expand Haier's footprint in the Spanish market, while strengthening relationships with existing partners to drive increased collaboration.The role includes monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements (with a strong focus on Aerotermia/A2W) to adjust strategies accordingly, while ensuring regular reporting to senior management on performance, risks, and market opportunities.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales or business development roles within the HVAC industry, with a proven track record in OEM management or managing large strategic accounts (KAM).Strong technical knowledge of HVAC solutions (specifically A2W, MRV, and RAC) and the Spanish regulatory landscape (RITE, CTE) is required.Fluency in English is required.
