Hikmicro was Hikvision's Thermal Imaging department and is now a standalone subsidiary. It inherits Hikvision's strong R&D team and engineering resources, dedicated to providing state-of-the-art, high-quality products.

Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The primary responsibility is to develop the hunting market by building relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.

Key attributes include:

* Strong business sense
* Hunting experience (licensed preferred)
* Active social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with high followers
* Experience in retail stores
* Integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, responsibility
* Fluent in English
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

The Business Development Manager acts as the company's ambassador, tasked with:

* Developing the hunting market through dealer visits, brand promotion, display instructions, events, and market research
* Identifying business opportunities and growth points
* Addressing dealer and end-user pain points and support needs
* Presenting solutions to potential customers
* Supporting marketing activities at trade shows and conferences
* Collaborating with regional sales teams
* Lobbying in associations and interest groups
* Assisting consultants with project specifications
* Positioning HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants
* Preparing reports for management

Your profile should include:

* Proven negotiation skills at the corporate level
* Open-mindedness to working in a multicultural environment
* Self-driven and ambitious attitude
* Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
* Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
