Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid for an Accounting Administrator. The role involves managing financial statements, recording journal entries, using accounting software for data management, and overseeing daily financial operations. The Accounting Administrator will ensure accuracy in financial records, support internal audits, and assist in planning and monitoring the company's financial health. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with other departments effectively.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in creating and managing Financial Statements and recording Journal Entries
* Experience with Accounting Software and understanding of finance-related technology
* Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Prior experience in real estate, design, or luxury industries is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Fluency in Spanish and a working knowledge of English is preferred
