DevOps Engineer Skill Set
Core Skills:
* Containerization and Orchestration:
o Proficient in Kubernetes (setup, configuration, maintenance, scaling, monitoring).
o Strong experience with Docker (image creation, management, optimization).
o Experience in creating and managing Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.CI/CD Tools:
o Expertise in GitLab CI/CD:
o Designing and maintaining GitLab pipelines.
o Automating build, test, and deployment workflows.
* Strong understanding of pipeline optimization and integration.
* Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
o Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
o Knowledge of infrastructure automation and maintaining infrastructure state.
* Scripting:
o Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation and tooling.
Requisitos
Nice to Have:
* Programming and Build Tools:
o Knowledge of Java development workflows and debugging.
o Familiarity with Gradle for build and dependency management.
o Experience with Spring Boot for application deployment and integration.
* Event-Driven Architectures:
o Understanding and experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and stream processing.
* Monitoring and Observability:
o Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar for system monitoring and logging.
Soft Skills:
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, and QA engineers).
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Experience in documenting workflows, processes, and architecture.
