MissionWe are looking for an R&D QA Specialist to coordinate training activities, oversee raw data archiving, and act as the QA point of contact for document management systems within the SIO Pre‐Clinical groups. This is a global‐facing role within a collaborative international environment, requiring interaction with teams across Europe and the United States.
What your responsibilities will beManagement of Training for SIO Pre‐Clinical Groups
Plan, implement, and update the training plans for the assigned groups.
Monitor and control the training requirements for each job position.
Plan, organise, and oversee internal and external training activities.
Assess and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training actions.
Prepare, review, and supervise the correct execution of internal training procedures.
Prepare training reports and communicate incidents or deviations to the responsible personnel.
Coordination of Raw Data Archiving for SIO Pre‐Clinical Groups
Prepare, review, and update global procedures for raw data and sample archiving.
Oversee compliance with internal policies on raw data archiving and retention.
Coordinate the selection, use, and evaluation of vendors involved in raw data and sample archiving services.
QA Point of Contact for the Document Management System of SIO Pre‐Clinical Groups
Oversee document management across the different groups.
Evaluate document management systems and coordinate improvement initiatives.
Act as backup coordinator for R&D QA documentation.

Experience2–5 years of proven experience in a specialist role within QA, training coordination, or document management in a regulated environment.
EducationUniversity Degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
LanguagesAdvanced English (required).
Technical & Functional Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
Experience with EDMS, LMS, data archiving platforms, and document management systems.
Experience with digital QMS platforms is an asset.
