Responsibilities
* Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities.
* Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit and activity performance is tracked.
* Update CRM with all communication and follow up on accounts to keep regular communication.
* Participate in sales activities such as call storms, industry focus and hotel focus.
* Qualify and follow up on all opportunities (meetings, events and group accommodation) as per standards.
* Adopt an upselling approach when dealing with clients and provide chain‑wide discounts based on client requirements.
* Offer alternative solutions when hotels are not available.
* Assist with business travel queries and individual queries when required.
* Work on external lists on other platforms as requested.
Requirements
* Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian with advanced English level.
* Great organization and communication skills with a positive work attitude.
* Experience using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Sales background is required.
* Hospitality background is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Experience using CRMs is beneficial but not mandatory.

Offer
* Full‑time 39 hours per week with a permanent contract Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
* Salary 20.000 euros gross per year + up to 4.800 euros gross in bonus.
