The Telefónica Tech Global Talent Development Manager will unify talent development and culture processes across all geographies where Telefónica Tech operates. Responsibilities include :
* Coordinating and implementing global corporate processes related to performance and development management, developing fair and effective appraisal systems, and collaborating with leaders to identify growth opportunities.
* Designing and managing leadership, career development, retention, and leadership programs to promote talent growth. Developing a talent map for targeted development actions.
* Working with managers to set clear goals, identify performance issues, and implement recognition programs.
* Promoting company values, vision, and mission, fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and encouraging mobility across areas and geographies.
* Collecting and analyzing talent and culture data, monitoring KPIs, and preparing reports for senior management.
Qualifications include :
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Coaching, or People Analytics is desirable.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or tech company with innovative and dynamic cultures.
* Deep knowledge of talent development, performance management, and organizational culture best practices.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.
Languages
* Fluent Spanish and English (C1 level).
