The Group is experiencing significant growth driven by its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM), enabling the delivery of turnkey projects while minimizing on-site construction time. /ppbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppDue to continued expansion, we are seeking to strengthen our HR function by hiring a bPayroll Coordiantor /bbased in Zaragoza. /ppbr/ppReporting into HR, this role is responsible for managing payroll operations and leading HR controlling activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency of employee-related costs. While the position sits within HR, it requires close collaboration with the Finance team to ensure proper cost allocation, budgeting alignment, and financial reporting accuracy. /ppbr/ppThis is a critical role at the intersection of HR operations and governance, combining executional precision with analytical capability. /ppbr/ppbWhat You’ll Do: /b /ppbPayroll Management /b /pulliManage end-to-end payroll processing in collaboration with payroll providers in all the countries we develop our business. /liliCoordinate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, variable compensation, overtime, bonuses, and benefits. /liliEnsure compliance with labour regulations, tax regulations, and social security requirements. /liliAct as the primary liaison with external payroll providers. /liliReconcile payroll data and ensure alignment between HR records and payroll outputs. /liliMaintain payroll documentation and support internal and external audits. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbHR Controlling Workforce Cost Management /b /pulliMonitor, analyse, and report on personnel costs (fixed and variable compensation, benefits, employer contributions). /liliPrepare monthly HR cost reports and variance analysis versus budget and forecast. /liliSupport annual workforce budgeting and reforecasting processes in collaboration with Finance. /liliMaintain accurate headcount and FTE tracking across entities and departments. /liliDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and KPIs (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, workforce cost ratios). /liliEnsure strong internal controls and data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbCross-Functional Collaboration /b /pulliWork closely with Finance to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting of personnel expenses. /liliProvide workforce cost insights to support decision-making. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across payroll, HR analytics, and reporting processes. /liliSupport broader HR initiatives as required. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we’re Looking For: /b /pulliDegree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili5 years of experience in payroll and HR controlling or HR analytics roles. /liliStrong knowledge of Spanish payroll process and experience in a multi-country environment. /liliSolid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and personnel cost analysis. /liliAdvanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and ERP systems is desirable. /liliStrong analytical mindset with high attention to detail. /liliAbility to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. /liliStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally. /liliProficiency in English is required. /li /ulpbWhy Join Us: /b /pulliCompetitive salary and health life insurance, pension plan and flex retribution /liliOpportunity for career progression within a fast-growing international company. /liliExposure to HR operations across multiple European countries. /liliHybrid working model combining home office and on-site presence in Zaragoza. /li /ulpbr/pulliSeniority Level /liliMid-Senior level /liliIndustry /liliEngineering Services /liliEmployment Type /liliFull-time /liliJob Functions /liliHuman Resources /liliFinance /liliSkills /liliEnglish /liliLabor and Employment Law /liliHuman Resources Information Systems (HRIS) /liliHuman Resources (HR) /liliPayroll /liliADP Payroll /liliPayroll Processing /liliPayroll Administration /liliPayroll Management /liliPayroll Taxes /li /ul
