Why this role matters
At JOIN, we believe hiring should be easy, fast, and fair – for companies and candidates alike. That’s why we’re building intuitive, powerful recruiting software that helps businesses of all sizes find the right people effortlessly.
As our WordPress Developer, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital presence. Your mission will be to build, maintain, and optimise our WordPress-based websites and digital assets. - Translate Figma mockups into functional, responsive WordPress templates.
- Optimise website performance, security, and scalability (Core Web Vitals, caching, SEO).
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into WordPress.
- Manage WordPress updates, patches, and troubleshoot issues.
- Support the marketing team with landing pages, A/B testing, and campaign optimisations.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Document technical processes and share best practices with the wider team.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing team, Product Managers, and Designers, as well as external stakeholders when needed. Your expertise will empower JOIN to launch campaigns quickly, scale our presence, and deliver reliable, user-friendly experiences.
