Position: Sales Representative Location: Valencia, Spain Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with existing customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner (no cold calling) Convert customer orders to in-house products where suitable Identify and act on upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential Guide conversations toward additional sales to support business growth Accurately process orders using internal order management systems Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Contribute ideas and feedback to support team and company development Promote the role and encourage referrals to help grow the team REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written.
