Customer Support Representative, Operations (Remote)As a Customer Support Representative in Operations, you will resolve service issues and handle queries related to the online booking tool. Your responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries within agreed service levels, identifying root causes, and suggesting process improvements. You'll ensure timely and professional communication to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer requests related to travel bookings and service issues
Use BCD Travel tools and systems to accurately complete tasks
Provide expert consultation and problem resolution within agreed service levels
Maintain strong knowledge of travel supplier rules and client policies
Deliver first-level support for the online booking tool and escalate technical issues as needed
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions
Identify root causes of recurring issues and suggest improvements
Collaborate effectively with team members and offer support across teams
About you
You have experience with GDS Amadeus
You have travel industry knowledge
Understanding of BSP rules and regulations
Strong analytical skills and problem‐solving ability
MS Office experience, specifically MS Word and MS Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are must;
additional language (German, French or Dutch) is a plus
