We are looking for a
\n
HR Shared Services Operations Associate (German speaker)
\n
within our HR Operations Team in
\n
Asturias
\n
This role involves managing key HR processes for Germany and Luxembourg, while collaborating with several departments. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of HR experience, strong administrative skills and fluency in German and English.
\n

Responsibilities
\n
Own several HR processes for both Germany and Luxembourg such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
\n
Keep contact with other departments and stakeholders (e. g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc.).
\n
Handle employee requests through HR ticket system. xugodme

Actively participate in general and local HR projects as required.
\n
Qualifications
\n
Fluent English and Native or Proficient in German
\n
1-2 years experience in HR or related fields (ideal)
\n
Experience in HR Shared Service environment preferred
\n
MS Office required
\n
