What would be your main tasks?
1. HR/managerial and disciplinary responsibility (wages and salaries, staff development, conflict management, employee selection, etc) for all national team members
2. Leadership of all team employees according to the Fronius leadership standards, being a role model for all Fronius employees with respect to work ethics, team support, distinctive communication skills and workplace standards, following the company values reflected in the Fronius Way, Leadership Framework, Competency Model and Global Standards
3. Overall quality responsibility for the department
4. Monitoring employee attendance, initiate salary adjustments, conduct annual appraisals, and participate in corrective action plans to improve employee performance when necessary
5. Implementing management decisions for the team
6. Responsibility of preparation and monitoring the cost center and budget for the department and investment planning in coordination with the national management
7. Determining the necessary staffing needs of the department, including requesting additional personnel, conducting interviews, negotiating offer, and supporting on-boarding in collaboration with national management, HR, and FI.
8. Support in the integration, onboarding and development of new employees and internal educational programs (e.g. Trainee program, international apprenticeships, exchange programs…) This includes proactively coordinating the transfer of knowledge and activities arising from regular meetings to ensure sustainably distributed knowledge within the team.
9. Performing tasks as outlined in the team employees job descriptions.
10. Coordinating team tasks and determining priorities
11. Carrying out regular team meetings and appraisals
12. Take responsibility for the development of the team, stimulating multidisciplinarity and teamwork, coordinating support from headquarters and the integration with other areas of Fronius.
13. Organize the Trainings of new employees
14. Monitoring and improvement of processes
15. Continous monitoring and fullfillment of the established KPIs
16. Budget and investment planning in coordination with the national management
17. Functional reporting to Fronius International
18. Disciplinary reporting to national management
19. Participate and coordinate participation of team in company events
20. Proof read technical documentation and training materials, including adaption to National requirements.
21. Participation in national and international projects
22. Project management of support relevant development projects
What are we looking for?
Educational training, relevant professional experience
23. Bachelor’s/Upper/Master degree with focus on Functional Department or General Management (MBA)
24. Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of the functional Department
25. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

28. Executive training with focus on team leadership
29. Project management
30. Presentation and chairing skills
31. Comprehensive IT skills
32. Driving license
