Join our Salesforce team and contribute to building scalable, user-friendly solutions that power our fast-growing business. You'll work alongside experienced developers and admins, support key platform enhancements, and help maintain a robust and efficient Salesforce environment. Responsibilities
- Support the development and customization of Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other platform tools.
- Collaborate with product owners and admins to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Prioritize declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes) where appropriate, escalating to code when needed.
- Participate in QA, testing in the sandbox, and deployment processes.
- Help ensure the health, scalability, and documentation of the platform by following internal best practices
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce in an admin, analyst, or functional capacity
- Confident working in a declarative-first environment, choosing the right tool for each task
- Strong communication skills – able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fast learner, curious mindset, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce certifications (Admin or Platform Developer I)
