As the Ethics & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s global compliance strategy.
Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Ethics & Compliance, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the ITP Aero Compliance Programme and lead initiatives that promote a strong ethical culture across the organization.
Your mission will include embedding compliance into the business, raising awareness, and driving engagement through innovative and impactful initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic liaison between corporate and subsidiary teams, ensuring consistency and alignment of compliance practices across all geographies and business units.
* Promote continuous improvement and proactive risk prevention across the organization. You will lead the control of the Compliance risk maps of the Company, working on the creation of a structure to monitorize the risk from a global perspective
* Manage the compliance scorecard and KPIs of the area, implementing improves in the reporting system
* Lead Ethics & Compliance on the integration of new key and strategic projects with the operation areas (ie.- AI, M&A integration process, etc.)
* Support on critical internal investigations
* Lead internal and external audits, including certification processes (UNE 19601, ISO 37001).
* Support on the design and implement creative and disruptive compliance activities to foster an ethical culture.
What profile are we looking for?
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or similar
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance with relevant in-house compliance experience or in a law firm/Big Four environment.
* Knowledge in:
* In-depth knowledge of national and international compliance regulations, with a strong focus on Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) laws.
* Proven experience in global risk mapping and mitigation, including the integration and harmonization of risks across multiple jurisdictions.
* Skilled in designing and implementing internal controls to effectively mitigate compliance risks.
* Hands-on experience managing Speak Up channels and leading internal investigations with integrity and discretion.
* Proficient in third-party risk management, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring processes.
* Expertise in drafting and implementing compliance-related procedures, policies, and protocols.
* international compliance standards such as UNE 19601 and ISO 37001.
* Experienced in planning and executing internal and external compliance audits, including certification processes.
* Comfortable working with digital tools such as Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, and Power BI to support compliance reporting and analysis.
* Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (high level of English is required)
