In this role you will manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across Amadeus’ global entities, partnering with local accounting teams to ensure consistent and accurate intercompany processes. You will help define and improve global procedures while delivering insights through balance analyses and reports. The job involves supporting close activities and liaising with auditors to maintain compliance with group policies and IFRS/IAS standards. This is a chance to shape scalable intercompany processes within a truly global, cross-cultural finance function.

• Prepare and enter intercompany invoices, payments and settlements for corporate entities
• Review and resolve issues in intercompany reconciliations promptly
• Coordinate with counterparts to reconcile differences during consolidation
• Support process definition and continuous improvement of global intercompany procedures
• Deliver analyses and reports on intercompany balances for stakeholders
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities related to intercompany
• Ensure accurate recording of intercompany transactions in M&A activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency in processes
• Create and maintain intercompany master data for accuracy
• Advance automated processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Provide guidance and training to local intercompany accountants
• Liaise with auditors and participate in annual accounts preparations

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience with intercompany activities in international environments
• Knowledge of IAS/IFRS, xpzdshu financial reporting, and internal control processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP S4Hana; SAP BPC a plus
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
• Problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset and proactive process optimization
