JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
En Aduanas Alie (empresa del grupo Rhenus Logistics) buscamos incorporar un/a Warehouse Manager en nuestra delegación de Polinyà. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión eficiente del almacén, asegurando que todas las actividades de recepción, almacenamiento, y distribución se realicen de manera segura y eficiente, garantizando un servicio de alta calidad.
PRINCIPALES TAREAS:
- Gestionar las operaciones diarias del almacén.
- Coordinar la recepción, almacenamiento y envío de mercancías.
- Supervisar y dirigir al equipo de almacén, asignando tareas y asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Implementar y mantener procesos operativos eficientes.
- Gestionar inventarios, asegurando la precisión y disponibilidad de productos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y calidad.
- Optimizar el espacio y los recursos del almacén.
- Realizar reportes periódicos de desempeño y KPIs.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos (transporte, compras, etc.).
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUISITOS:
- Gradouniversitario en Logística, Administración o campo relacionado (valorado).
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de almacenes o logística.
- Conocimientos de software de gestión de almacenes y Excel avanzado.
- Capacidad demostrada de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Habilidades organizativas y de resolución de problemas.
- Conocimiento de normativas de seguridad y certificaciones OEA.
- Carnet de carretillero (valorado).
- Se valorará estar en posesión del certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
