About the Job
As a key member of the People Analytics team, you will leverage your expertise in Data Analytics to automate processes and develop innovative data products that empower Allianz Technology teams worldwide. Collaborating with colleagues across Germany, Romania, and India, you will ensure the availability of high-quality data to support autonomous, data-driven decision-making within Allianz Technology.
Your responsibilities include consolidating diverse data sets, delivering actionable insights to People Leadership teams and the broader organization, and engaging with stakeholders to define data requirements aligned with strategic priorities. You will focus on enhancing reporting efficiency through automation and contribute to Allianz Group initiatives by collaborating with Product Owners, Business Partners, IT, and other functions to foster data innovation and autonomy.
What You Do
* Partner with leadership and business units to identify critical People & Culture data needs and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
* Define and standardize key metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks, transforming them into robust data products and AI-driven analytics solutions.
* Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to optimize data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA, while automating and enabling self-service analytics.
* Design advanced analytics solutions to predict turnover, improve engagement, and support DEI strategies, utilizing NLP, sentiment analysis, and local compensation analytics for pay equity.
* Provide guidance to Data Analysts, fostering collaboration across departments and sharing best practices for reporting and insights communication.
* Advocate for the development of data products to streamline processes and support organizational initiatives.
* Contribute as an active member of the global Analytics team, taking ownership of topics and providing thought leadership to enhance team impact.
What You Bring
* 7+ years of experience in People analytics, workforce planning, or related fields, preferably in an international environment.
* Proficiency in SQL and Python, with expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, and experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI analytics.
* Strong understanding of People metrics, compensation analytics, and talent KPIs, with a proven ability to foster a data-driven culture.
* Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights and engage with stakeholders across cultures.
* Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills, maintaining high-quality reporting under deadlines.
* Assertiveness, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
