5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.Deep expertise in Azure Data Services: Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.Proven skills in Azure Databricks: Building and optimizing scalable Spark/Py Spark solutions.Mastery of SQL & Data Modeling: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize complex data flows.Experience with Data Governance: Familiarity with tools like Unity Catalog and orchestration tools like Airflow.Agile Mindset: Solid experience working with Agile frameworks in global, multicultural environments. Design & Build: Ingest, transform, and publish data from diverse sources into our scalable Data Platform.Architect foundations: Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to extend the platform's core, ensuring it supports our long-term roadmap.Mentor & Lead: Provide guidance to other Data Engineers, performing code reviews and fostering a culture of best practices.Explore & Innovate: Work closely with Product Owners to perform data exploration and offer smart, cost-efficient solutions.Ensure Excellence: Implement robust security, privacy, and compliance standards across all data pipelines.Troubleshoot: Perform deep-dive analysis to resolve complex data issues in a fast-paced environment.
