As the **Maintenance Manager**, you will be responsible for assuring that the maintenance department staff has the vital tools, training and required resources to perform state of the art facility maintenance. You will drive the strategy to transform Maintenance to a world-class team, and industry leading company PPG!**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordination of daily activities in Maintenance department: Corrective, Preventive, Predictive- Coordination of contractors activities- Develop and implement the Maintenance strategy: Budget, resources, inventories, strategic projects- Ensure compliance with quality or EHS standards- Reliability Analysis for the critical elements of the plant, implementing actions to improve the OEE- Update relevant info of the plant installations- Training program for the Maintenance Operators- Interaction with the engineering department analyzing and developing projects- Continuous improvement projects design and implementation: Budget preparation, purchasing requisitions, quotations analysis, coordination of activities on field)**Qualifications**:- University Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, electricity or Automation) or equivalent- At least 3 years of learning experience in management of Maintenance Activities in an Industrial environment or Project/Installations Engineer- Proficient use of MS Office, AutoCAD. Knowledge of electrical installation's software, Maintenance Software, SAP/Oracle would be considered as plus- Proficient English- Outstanding interpersonal with strong communication.
