Responsibilities:
* Focus on Supplier Quality Management (SCQM) and/or manufacturing processes
* Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure project success
* Conduct testing and validation of systems to meet industry standards
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aeronautic or automotive industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Extensive knowledge in APQP, crisis management, lean manufacturing, non-conformities, ToW, NPI, process, and industrialization
