Job Description
The primary goal is to influence customers to develop the contact lens category by generating new users. We aim to change the mindset of Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and owners, enabling them to proactively offer contact lenses. To achieve this, they must be capable of understanding and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP) in Key Accounts (KAs).
Main Responsibilities
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities.
* Influence customers to shift from a passive to proactive mindset about contact lenses.
* Understand the unique needs and characteristics of various channels, including independent opticians, buying groups, and chains.
* Utilize fundamental tools to develop the contact lens category, such as customer journey mapping, Point-of-Sale (POS) strategies, database management, and organizing training sessions for customers.
* Execute JBP-defined initiatives within assigned KAs.
* Bolster the Misight category by educating ECPs on how to improve children's lives.
* Implement coverage plans tailored to each area, based on customer segmentation.
* Nurture strong relationships with customers, encompassing roles within their businesses, such as ECPs, owners, sales teams, etc.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Add value to the team by being a collaborative member.
* Familiarize yourself with CooperVision programs and utilize them effectively.
* Complete all reporting and administrative duties.
* Possess minimum knowledge of products, including CooperVision and competitors.
* Attend conferences as required.
* Prepare for training and improvement opportunities.
